1. Conditions of Use & Agreement
Welcome to Urunly ("we", "us", or "our"). Urunly provides a fast, server-rendered group expense tracking and bill splitting application. By accessing or using Urunly via https://urunly.com or related web services (the "Site"), you ("user", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must exit the Site immediately.
2. Overview of Service
Urunly allows users to create expense-sharing groups, record individual transactions, track balances, and calculate optimal settlements.
- Free Core Service: Manual expense creation, group balance management, participant roster management, and settlement calculations are 100% free forever.
- Automated Receipt OCR: Automated receipt scanning and invoice line-item detection is available via non-expiring prepaid scan credit packs.
3. Prepaid Scan Credit Packs & Pricing
Prepaid scan credit packs can be purchased directly within the app using Midtrans payment gateway (QRIS, E-Wallets, and Bank Transfers).
- Coffee Pack: 25 scan credits — Rp 15.000 (IDR)
- Reguler Pack: 100 scan credits — Rp 50.000 (IDR)
- Pro Pack: 500 scan credits — Rp 200.000 (IDR)
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Scan credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. One scan credit is consumed per receipt processing session (unlimited receipt pages per receipt).
4. Digital Goods & Refund Policy
Scan credit packs are digital goods that are provisioned and credited to your account balance immediately upon payment confirmation via webhook notification.
- Non-refundable: Purchases of scan credits are final and non-refundable once delivered to your account balance.
- System Failure Assurance: If a receipt scan fails terminally due to a system processing error, the reserved scan credit is automatically refunded back to your active credit balance.
5. Proprietary Rights & License
Urunly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Software Platform solely for your personal or internal business bill-splitting purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or codebase without express written consent.
6. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to upload fraudulent, illegal, or malicious receipt images or data.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Urunly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum OCR accuracy and 99.9% service uptime, AI receipt extraction is provided as an aid; users should inspect itemized totals before saving expenses. Urunly assumes no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
